We support, advise, and buy businesses ready for a change of ownership. We customize our approach for each business to achieve the optimal outcome for you, your employees, your community, and your customers.

Short-term: When you're ready to retire within the next 24 months:

Near-term: For transitions >2 year away or when ready to reduce day-to-day involvement:

The above processes are examples but the approach will be tailored to your goals and can include a blend of both short-term and near-term activities.

Areas of Focus

Companies we partner with have many of the following characteristics:

About

Thomas Callaghan

Founder

As the son of a small business owner, Thomas witnessed the effort and dedication that went into building a business and the impact it had on his family and the community. Experiencing the highs and lows of this endeavor led to Thomas' desire to support and add value to small businesses and to eventually run his own business.

Thomas started his professional career as a consultant helping businesses improve processes and minimize operational risk. He then worked in private equity where he supported over $500 million in buyout transactions from founder-owned companies to large corporations. Thomas focused on identifying both strategic growth and operational efficiency opportunities.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Thomas lived in 4 different states before the age of 21 as he pursued a semi-professional ice hockey career. After hanging up the skates, he received a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he graduated with Highest Honors and #1 in his class. He also received his M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Thomas currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.
